Service Description
I have been running this fun Kettlebell workout on the beach outside Beach Hut 1987 (Alum Chine) for over 6 years. The class starts at 8.15 am and is run throughout the year! After the class we enjoy friendly coffee and chat at the Beach Hut. This is a great way to start the weekend and some of my hardcore crew have done this class in wind rain and shine all year round!
