Pilates

I like to think Pilates is a super power, it can heal you, strengthen you and help your body and mind feel fantastic. 


My Pilates classes are fun and varied, with each exercise I give alternative movements to suit all abilities and fitness levels. My classes will leave you feeling stronger and healthier, the emphasis is on core stability, strength and balance. Over a period of several weeks you will feel yourself becoming stronger, leaner and will be able to complete the more advanced exercises.

From Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings I will be running Pilates classes from Wimborne - Museum of East Dorset starting on the 22nd of May - The classes will be pitched at all levels as I give adaptations so the class will be suitable for beginners to advanced levels of fitness.  The classes are limited to just 12 people, If there is demand, I will add more classes. 

 

Please bring your own Mat to the class.
 

Reformer Pilates 

I run Reformer Pilates classes from my home in Wimborne. With a maximum of 2 participants per class, I am able to give a very personalised experience.

Developed by Joseph Pilates, ​Reformer Pilates focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through controlled movements. The Reformer provides resistance, making exercises challenging while promoting better alignment and posture. The adjustable nature of the equipment allows for customisation based on individual fitness levels and it is also known for its ability to alleviate stress and contribute to better overall well-being.
