The WHYDIET is a completely new alternative to the major corporate weight-loss plans.
On this course you won't be calorie counting, and we would never expect you to miss meals or replace food with shakes! You won't be shamed or given drugs and you definitely wont be on any crazy exercise plans.....

This will be the 3rd time we have ran the course with bhlive and so far we have had 100% success rate with people losing between 4 and 22 pounds!!!
